UX Developer

Front-end web development of optimisation tests for UX / Digital Q&B within distribution., * Supporting the optimisation programme through self-build A/B & MVT experimentation.

• Be regarded as the authority in test development and execution.
• Implement reporting metrics that identifies customer behaviour and commercial performance aligned with digital strategy.
• Validate and refine test solutions by applying CRO research and commercial analysis.
• Collaborate with several stakeholders to achieve business goals.

TEAM CONTRIBUTION

• Support the User Experience design thinking process with contribution to ideation and implementation.
• Make changes to MSG insurance digital journeys based on a test plan/hypothesis.
• Implement code changes into an Optimisation platform or content management system.
• Testing code changes across browsers and devices
• Working with Optimisation and UX teams to ensure tests are built in a timely and accurate manner.
• Test builds adhere to best web accessibility standards

• HTML
• CSS / SCSS
• JavaScript / jQuery
• Chrome developer tools
• Working independently and managing multiple projects or work streams at pace.
• Customer experience insight and measurement.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Strong eye for detail
• Logical, structured way of thinking that you can articulate to others

Preferred:

• Understanding of Experimentation processes such as A/B & MVT
• Good knowledge of web accessibility standards
• Adobe Target experience
