• Tuning physics, rendering, and sensor pipelines so large batches run 10-100× faster than real time .
• Embedding simulation in CI / CD pipelines for regression testing at scale.
• Partnering with perception, planning, and controls teams to accelerate deployment cycles.

• MSc / PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years experience building robotics simulations or digital-twin systems, including large-scale RL / IL data collection.
• Deep, hands-on experience with multiple simulation platforms (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, CoppeliaSim / V-REP, ManiSkill).
• Expert-level Python and modern C++ on Linux with strong engineering practices (testing, profiling, CI).
• Proven track record of ROS 2 integration .
• Solid grounding in kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, and perception to debug sim-to-real gaps.
• Strong communicator and analytical thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
