Enterprise Solutions Architect - Fintech

This role requires a blend of technical mastery, leadership, and execution in a high-stakes financial services environment.

• Architectural Leadership: Define and own the technical roadmap, architectural patterns, and standards for a complex, distributed platform.
• Distributed Systems Design: Drive the design of high-scale, resilient, and fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions, including HA/DR strategies.
• Engineering Excellence: Set and maintain engineering standards, manage technical debt proactively, and drive continuous improvement across code quality and delivery.
• Technical Team Management: Lead and mentor technical teams (internal and external), ensuring delivery velocity and consistent quality.
• Client Engagement: Articulate complex technical decisions to both engineers and clients .

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles.

• Experience: 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with proven track record leading enterprise-grade solution design and delivery.
• Architecture: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• High Availability: Mastery of HA/DR patterns, fault tolerance, and resilience engineering for mission-critical systems.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with major public cloud architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP), including PaaS, IaaS, and serverless solutions.
• Fintech Domain: Understanding of financial services technology requirements: API design, data security, transaction integrity, and audit trails.
• Pragmatism: Ability to balance intentional architecture with pragmatic delivery, knowing when to build vs. buy.
