Job description

We're looking for a Senior Research Fellow to join our team and help shape the future of health informatics. You'll play a key role in developing the next generation computational pipelines for defining and evaluating disease phenotypes in complex health data.

Requirements

You'll have:

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline or similar level of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the Python scientific programming stack (e.g. pandas, numpy, jupyter, spark) and best practices for software development (e.g. version control, unit tests).
  • Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and Spark for manipulating electronic health record and clinical data, ideally in an Secure Data Environment.
  • Commitment to high quality academic research.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
