As a Programmer Analyst reporting to the Manager of IT Application Services, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications within our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
Specific Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Designs, develops, tests, and implements software applications and solutions in alignment with project goals and timelines.
Conducts thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Modifies and enhances existing software applications to improve functionality, performance, and usability.
Ensures compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security protocols in all development activities.
Performs system maintenance tasks, troubleshoots issues, and provides timely resolutions to problems.
Documents software functionalities, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Stays up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Waterfall?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BTS, DUT or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology,.
2+ years of experience as a Programmer or Developer. Proficiency in programming languages : .NET, C++, Python and (development frameworks). Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and data integration techniques. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
