Job description

Are you an adaptable and forward-thinking professional looking for a dynamic hybrid role? We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator / PA to provide high-level support to senior leaders. This role will be hybrid with two days in office.

As proactive support to senior management, the role focuses on delivering operational excellence, diary management, project coordination, and client engagement across both in-person and virtual settings. The successful candidate will thrive in managing shifting priorities, applying tact and discretion, and ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders., * Lead project administration, follow up on action items, and ensure documentation is completed to the highest standard.

  • Deal with compliance from start to finish
  • Act as liaison between executive leaders, internal teams, and external contacts, facilitating effective communication via digital platforms.
  • Organise and support business meetings, events, and communications both physically and virtually.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion, prioritise urgent matters, and provide timely reporting and updates.
  • Maintain and update contact logs, records, and use cloud systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams) to manage workflow.
  • Adapt scheduling and meeting coordination for hybrid environments, ensuring seamless support regardless of location.
  • Foster a positive work-life balance and maintain accessibility for stakeholders across digital channels.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous experience in a business support, PA, or coordinator roles, with exposure to professional services

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration software (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with a track record of independent judgment and initiative.
  • Proven ability to organise complex information, multitask on live projects, and maintain high standards under pressure.
