Job description
Geolabs Ltd. provides soil, rock and aggregate laboratory testing to the construction industry and associated industries across the world. We are now looking for a Data Input/ Laboratory Administrator to join our expanding team based at our office and lab in Garston, Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Quickly and accurately entering data from hand-written test sheets or other recorded forms into Company in-house developed software to produce tabulations of data and other graphical presentations.
- Supporting the Project Management Team in administratively setting-up projects
- Liaising with clients and maintaining project records and database systems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, We are looking for someone who will be happy dealing with repetitive tasks such as data entry, as this is a key element of the role and who is highly organised, trustworthy and dedicated with excellent IT skills. This position will suit someone with a positive and responsible attitude and a methodical approach to work. Full training will be given and upon completion you should be comfortable to work independently as well as part of our busy team.
Previous data entry experience not essential, BUT candidates must have MS Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel etc) and have good keyboard skills.
