Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Contractor)

We are hiring Senior Embedded Software Engineer on a contract basis, who are looking to apply their experience in a new and challenging environment, working across the full development lifecycle.

Work Tasks include:

• The development and verification of software to applicable standards (e.g. RTCA/DO-178).
• Analysis of customer requirements
• Requirements Analysis, design, implementation and verification of software components
• Development of architectural concepts.
• Participate in design reviews

Do you have experience in Software development?, The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate engineering and domain experience across the aspects listed below:

• Experience of significant parts of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through to verification and validation.
• Embedded software development using procedural languages like C, Ada or Rust
• Understanding of operating systems preferably including Linux., All successful/appointed applicants must be able to obtain a level of UK Security clearance that is appropriate for the role and undertake suitable Right to work checks.
