Job description
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify key trends and insights that support business goals
- Work alongside Analysts and Data Scientists to drive strategic, data-led decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support performance tracking
- Assist in enhancing data collection, transformation, and quality processes
- Provide clear, accurate analysis to support non-technical teams across the organisation
- Monitor data quality, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Use visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively
- Ensure all work aligns with GDPR regulations and data governance standards
- Confidently present findings to stakeholders, offering valuable insights that influence decisions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2024 or 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above in a numerate or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
- Confident in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Strong knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, or data handling
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data pipelines
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about transforming data into insights that support business performance, * Bachelor's (required)
