Job description
This is your chance to join a growing, family-feel IT and telecoms provider that believes in giving people the freedom to do their best work. No corporate red tape, no endless layers of approval - just a close-knit team that genuinely supports one another.
You'll play a key role supporting clients across London and beyond; from provisioning new customers and troubleshooting VoIP issues, to managing routers, firewalls and switches.
You'll also lead the service desk, helping resolve tickets quickly and efficiently while keeping clients informed and happy.
Every day will bring variety! Whether you're diagnosing VoIP faults, designing tailored solutions, configuring networks, liaising with vendors and advising clients on new technologies.
You'll get to work with 3CX, Gamma and other major platforms, with plenty of scope to deepen your technical knowledge along the way.
You'll be:
- Leading the service desk and managing customer tickets.
- Providing 1st-3rd line support for VoIP and IT issues.
- Configuring and maintaining telecoms infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and SBCs.
- Delivering in-depth fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
- Designing new VoIP solutions for specific customer needs.
- Supporting hosted telephony environments and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Liaising with third-party vendors and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Staying up to date with new technologies and system upgrades.
If you're ready for a role where you'll be trusted, valued and given space to grow, this could be your perfect next step.
