Lead Solution Architect - Salesforce & Full Stack Development

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the entire technical landscape: from loan management systems built on Salesforce, to modern UI frameworks, to data architecture and future-proof storage strategies. You'll be responsible for shaping the solution architecture, managing delivery teams (including offshore resources), and building innovative, scalable platforms that power lending operations. You'll have extensive resources (5 - 10 people) to support delivery, but you'll set the direction, ensure technical excellence, and manage the execution. • Design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions, integrating with other financial systems and services.
• Lead and manage technical teams (including offshore delivery teams) to execute complex builds on time and to spec.
• Build, maintain, and scale robust full-stack applications for lending operations.
• Manage existing WordPress integrations short-term, while designing a migration path toward modern frameworks.
• Apply expertise in modern UI frameworks (React, JavaScript, etc.) to deliver engaging, high-performing user experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration through REST APIs and manage third-party connections.
• Take a holistic view of data architecture, ensuring scalability, compliance, and future-proof storage.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions and brief teams effectively to deliver them.

Computer Science, Fintech, Lightning, Javascript, Data Architecture, Vue, Salesforce, Solution Architecture, Architecture, Financial Services, * Proven background in fintech, financial services, or lending technology.

• 8+ years' experience in solution architecture, software engineering, and Salesforce development.
• Previous experience as a Senior Architect, ideally with team-building responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, APIs, Flows).
• Experience with loan management solutions built on Salesforce.
• Strong track record in managing and leading technical teams, including offshore delivery teams.
• Proficiency in modern UI frameworks (React, Vue, JavaScript) and WordPress development (themes, custom plugins).
• Experience advising on platform migrations (e.g., WordPress to modern front-end frameworks).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, integrations, and data modelling.
• Experience with data architecture, storage strategy, and long-term scalability planning.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or AppExchange applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
