Job description
Functions team. This role is key to ensuring secure and efficient access to IT-supported applications. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Handling access requests for joiners, movers and leavers within agreed SLAs Implementing approved changes to user access using manual and automated processes Managing ITSM tickets by investigating, updating records and advising users Maintaining accurate records to support audit requirements and compliance Applying and maintaining security controls in line with organisational policies Communicating risks and escalating issues to the IT Operations Manager when required Engaging with delivery teams to confirm service acceptance criteria are met Supporting change processes and testing to minimise impact on stakeholders Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience with ITSM systems and familiarity with ITIL principles Strong customer service skills and, The Access Management Administrator will handle access requests for joiners, movers, and leavers while ensuring compliance with security controls. They will also manage ITSM tickets and maintain accurate records to support audit requirements.
