Are you an experienced Information & Cyber Security professional with great leaderships capability, and would love to use your skills to really make a difference and help change people's lives?, Proven experience designing and implementing information security frameworks in a complex organisation.
-Track record maintaining ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.
-Deep understanding of security operations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
-Strong knowledge of security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms and incident management processes.
-Experience developing and delivering security training and awareness programmes.
-Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
-Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

While this role offers the flexibility of being home-based, occasional travel to Group offices and other locations, including Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester, is required.
