(Medior/Senior) 4.0 robotics project engineer

The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Lead, in the context of a highly automated industrial environment undergoing major ramp-up and technological consolidation, where advanced robotics, sensor systems, and industrial control architectures are being deployed at scale., 1. Tasks related to supporting projects by facilitating communication and progress

• Participate in the planning and budget monitoring for the automation project.
• Industrialize the selected solutions: write specifications, follow manufacturing, integrate on site, train teams, and accompany change.
• Ensure an ongoing technology watch to anticipate developments and propose innovations.

2. Tasks related to supporting projects with rational and data-driven assessment

• Conceive, develop, and validate robotic and automated prototypes using advanced technologies.
• Validate the integration and configuration of sensors (vision, measurement, traceability, safety) to enhance performance, quality, and reliability.

3. Tasks related to supporting projects through high-quality, detail-oriented execution

• Define the automation strategy aligned with the industrial challenges of the site while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conceive, develop, and validate robotic and automated prototypes integrating IoT, smart sensors, industrial vision, and embedded systems.
• Integrate and configure sensors (vision, measurement, traceability, safety) to optimize automated processes.
• Develop and adapt control programs and algorithms to improve robotic equipment performance.
• Industrialize the selected solutions: write specifications, follow manufacturing, integrate on site, train teams, and support change.

Do you have experience in Python?, * Engineering background in robotics, automation, or industrial computing (or equivalent).

• Strong experience in development, integration, and industrialization of robotic or automated solutions.
• Solid command of programming tools and languages used in robotics (ROS, Python, C), industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA), and industrial networks.
• Ability to work within project teams with innovation mindset, rigor, and autonomy.
• An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Valid single permit for non-EU citizens.
