Job description
Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will partner closely with Marketing & Product Managers, Heads of Marketing and cross-functional leadership to drive insights that truly matter and making campaignes succesful - moving beyond surface metrics and dashboards to challenge assumptions, guide decisions and measure real business impact.
Your Mission
Impact Measurement & Insights
- Go beyond reporting: assess why something worked (or didn't) using controlled experiments, causal inference, and advanced analytics
- Provide decision-making clarity - not just reports
Cross-Brand Marketing Analytics
- Enable marketing analytics across multiple brands
- Own attribution modeling and campaign performance tracking across channels like Influencer, Performance, CRM, and emerging opportunities
- Build scalable systems to measure, compare, and improve marketing ROI
Behavioral Analysis
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral signals
- Uncover patterns that influence acquisition, retention, and roadmap planning
Modeling & Experimentation
- Design and execute A/B tests and CRO initiatives
- Apply regression analysis, experimentation frameworks, and other statistical methods to support product & marketing growth
Mentorship & Technical Sparring
- Mentor fellow analysts and contribute to a strong, collaborative analytics culture
- Help raise standards across methodology, communication, and documentation
Data Products & Standards
- Build and maintain robust models and visualizations - focused on clarity and action, not dashboards for the sake of dashboards
- Improve internal workflows, tooling, and documentation standards with the broader data team

Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You are a data-driven marketing professional who combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset. * Education: A Master's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Marketing Analytics Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing(or equivalent knowledge gained through projects or work), business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced SQL and dbt (or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to these tools), along with experience using industry-grade visualization tools like Tableau; Python experience is a plus.
- MarTech Mastery: Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Adjust, and A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Amplitude).
- Marketing Platform Experience: Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and CRM tools like Braze, Zoho, or Emarsys.
- CRO Knowledge: Proven track record in running and analyzing A/B tests and driving user journey improvements through data insights.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and present insights effectively.
- Strategic and Analytical Mindset: A proactive problem solver who can derive actionable insights from complex data and align them with business goals.
