Founding Engineer (Backend)

Platform Development: Further development of our platform - focusing on performance, usability, and scalability

System Integration: Set up and integrate a powerful CRM system to automate marketing and patient workflows

️ Technical Leadership: Take full ownership of our codebase - including prioritization, architecture, and code quality

Growth Enablement: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to build tech solutions that drive growth, We are a team of passionate, entrepreneurial individuals working to revolutionize men's health!

We are young, active, health-conscious and people-first.

While working directly with both founders (Ex-McKinsey), you would be the first purely technical hire for Adon. This leads to a lot of responsibility but lots of room for exploration of the role.

Once you have settled in you would further be charged with onboarding and leading the next technical hires, while owning our tech stack.

Full-Stack Pro: Solid experience in web development (backend) - ideally with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js or similar stacks

CRM & Automation Know-How: Experience with CRMs - including API integration, custom properties, workflows, and GDPR-compliant configuration

System Integration & Process Thinking: Skilled at connecting external tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom APIs) to the CRM and designing smart, automated workflows for our patient journey

Growth-Oriented Mindset: Understands how technology improves user experience, enables marketing automation, scales processes, and drives growth

Communicative & Team-Oriented: Enjoys working closely with other departments and the founding team

As Founding Engineer, you will become the technological backbone of Adon Health. You're a backend developer, ideally experienced with CRM and marketing automations, and you're eager to do more than just write code - you want to shape the platform that helps men lead healthier, better lives alongside our founding team. You'll be working closely with our founders for the technical expansion of our platform - from enhancing the user experience and integrating smart processes to scaling our digital therapy offerings.
