Located in San Sebastián de los Reyes we are an industry leader in the development and manufacture of data centre infrastructure solutions and commercial office raised access floor. In keeping with our Planet Passionate Sustainability strategy, our mission is to accelerate a net zero emissions future-built environment with the well-being of people and planet at its heart. The Project Manager will oversee and manage the complete project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality project completion of our installations across Data Centres within Iberia. As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our division. You will actively liaise with our key supply partners and develop robust internal relationships and strategies to ensure the seamless completion of complex and multifaceted projects. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in end-to-end project management. Your critical thinking and natural analytical abilities will allow you to predict challenges, mitigate project and business risks, and minimise any obstacles to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the project team and stakeholders; monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle. * Ensure the Sales Team has all requisite information and data to price opportunities accurately and competitively. * Providing Training and Support: Deliver installation training and provide on-site and technical support to installing partners around Iberia. * Coordination with project team, stakeholders and client to ensure BIM requirements are met. * Technical Project Execution: Provide detailed technical specifications and guidance to ensure flawless project execution. * Client Relationship Management: Identify and implement process

improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and overall business performance. * Health & Safety: Responsibility for planning, managing, monitoring, and coordinating all construction activities to ensure the work is carried out safely and without risk to health. Qualifications * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management or related discipline, providing a strong foundation in technical and managerial aspects. * Proven track record in a complex, customer-centric role requiring exceptional agility, decisiveness, and commercial acumen. * Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and deliver outstanding results. * Previous working experience on Data Centre is advantageous. * Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Fluency in Portuguese is advantageous. Travel Willingness and ability to travel within the Iberia region to oversee projects, engage with partners, and ensure successful project execution across different locations. Technical Skills Advanced level proficiency on AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk ACC (Docs, Built, Model and Design), MS Office, MS Project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
