Job description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to the integration of business processes within an SAP S/4HANA implementation ., * Oversee the implementation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Identify dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Manage risks and issues associated with SAP implementation.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact between business users, data stewards, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigations.
Issue Resolution
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business integration discussions, providing updates and insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP deployments, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across business and IT., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
