and iterative improvements. * Build and maintain models focused on maximizing return-on-investment for every ad impression while meeting production constraints (large volumes and low latencies). * Collaborate closely with Engineering to industrialize model delivery and ensure smooth production operations. * Investigate anomalies, performance shifts, or A/B test results, and deliver clear insights to business and product stakeholders. * Contribute to innovation efforts by exploring ideas from recent academic work and turning them into production-grade solutions. * Mentor less experienced team members.
