C++ Software Engineer - Space Sector

We are seeking a Software Lead with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading software development projects, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, experience with software architecture, and technical leadership. You will:

• Lead software development teams.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and drive innovation.
• Work closely with customer to define technical requirements.
• Mentor junior developers.

We are looking for experts with 5+ years of experience in software development with background and interest in:

• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

• CI/CD
• Use of containers and Kubernetes
• Broker messages (e.g.: kafka, mqtt)
