To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Design, review, and ensure the effectiveness of DQ Controls, ensuring that they are comprehensive, proactive, and aligned with the criteria defined by CDAIO, contributing to improving data quality in a sustainable manner. Manage the prioritization and backlog of Data Quality initiatives, streamlining efforts and ensuring value delivery at each stage of the roadmap. Support Data Tutors in identifying and resolving data quality issues, especially those related to the control model, facilitating their remediation and scalability. Monitor and report regularly on the status of Data Quality initiatives and results, consolidating information for decision-making in forums and committees.* Liaise across internal and external stakeholders (business, technology, regional and global teams), promoting collaboration and alignment with the corporate data strategy.* Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to ensure the continuity and scalability of the Data Quality model at the projects.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGOur people are our greatest strength. knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for success in this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Professional Experience* At least 3 years of experience in data and AI projects as Business Analyst, Project Manager or Program Manager roles in complex environments. (Required)Education* Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (Required)Languages* High level of English (C1 or above). (Required)Hard Skills* Knowledge of systems and processes in complex financial or corporate environments is preferred,* Experience in backlog management, roadmaps and cross-functional programs. (Required)* Proven ability to represent the company in forums and liaise with senior stakeholders. (Required)* Experience in the following lines of work: Data Governance, Data Quality and Control models. (Required)Soft Skills* Independent, proactive and strategic vision
