Job description
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in back-end and front-end development, system automation, and seamless integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills (Python, APIs, cloud platforms, front-end frameworks) with a user-focused mindset to deliver efficient and visually appealing solutions.
This role will design and develop full-stack applications, embed AI-powered features, and ensure data integrity across our recruitment and consultancy systems. It is a client-centric and strategic position with the opportunity to drive innovation and directly shape the future of People Tech at BlueQuo., * Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Streamline workflows within recruitment and consultancy systems through scalable solutions.
- Integrate tools and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain back-end services and APIs for ATS, CRM, and AI system integrations.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly front-end components and interfaces.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability across platforms.
- Embed AI functionalities directly into recruitment and consultancy workflows.
- Implement automated testing for integrations, applications, and AI solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure robustness and scalability.Gather user feedback and deliver continuous improvements.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.
- Design custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Propose and implement innovative tools that add client value and boost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong skills in scripting and automation (Python required).
- Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Experience in system integrations, process automation, and scalable architecture.
- Desirable: experience with AI prompting/automation (e.g., ChatGPT) and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a client-centric focus.
- Fluency in English & Spanish.
- Capability to drive innovation at the intersection of full-stack development, AI, and People Tech.
