You will define efficient processes and make strategic technology choices to enhance how the client manages, monitors, and improves identity and access security across the organization. Your role will drive innovation in access control, compliance, and automation to ensure strong protection against evolving threats. Responsibilities: - Define IAM roadmaps, strategies, and architectural visions for governance and advisory teams. - Advise senior management on IAM frameworks, compliance, and performance management. - Drive the adoption of automation and orchestration to streamline IAM processes. - Collaborate with security, risk, IT, and compliance teams to ensure IAM is embedded in every

aspect of the organization. Your Expertise - Proven experience as a trusted advisor to senior management on IAM governance and risk management. - Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management. - Experience with IAM compliance management and performance monitoring. - A data-driven mindset, with expertise in automation, security reporting, and IAM orchestration. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - The ability to translate complex IAM concepts into clear, actionable strategies. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-specific certifications (preferred). - Experience working with TOGAF and/or ArchiMate. - Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
