As Lead Cloud Engineer, you'll join one of our four SaaS platform teams and play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud strategy while mentoring engineers to reach their full potential. Enable our customers' organizations to thrive! Formally, you'll ensure a stable, scalable infrastructure for thousands of customer environments. But in practice? You'll lead by example, guiding the team through complex challenges, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our SaaS platform hosts thousands of environments, updated twice a week, requiring 24/7 uptime. We're constantly pushing boundaries to make our cloud platform faster, more resilient, and future-proof. You'll help us get there by: - Driving strategic cloud initiatives and transformations. - Mentoring engineers on best practices, architecture decisions, and problem-solving. - Promoting collaboration across teams and ensuring technical alignment. - Leading technical discussions and being the voice of innovation. Night shifts (a few per month) are shared across teams to maintain critical support. You'll help optimize processes so we stay agile and reliable.
