We're looking to recruit a Team Product Owner (PO) in the Digital Finance Lab. Join our journey to establish a centre of excellence for digital assets and currencies. We need an acknowledged Subject Matter Expert in this new domain.

What you'll need…
- Product Knowledge - A deep understanding of Digital Assets, tokenisation, Custody, Issuing, APIs, and Distributed Ledger technologies to help LBG grow in this market.
- Delivery - Consistent track record of external & internal customer engagement, industry collaboration and delivery.
- Customer - Ability to own the external and internal customer relationship to understand their needs and translate business requirements into a clear proposition.
- Influencing & Collaboration - Ability to influence across LBG Group leadership teams as appropriate. Ability to influence at all levels of the Bank.

Requirements
As the Team PO you'll be a passionate and inspiring leader who will empower their team to address business problems and create value through delivering excellent solutions in response to customer needs. You will bring to life the delivery of our products, create an environment in which people reach their full potential and a culture where innovation and experimentation are encouraged.
