Design Engineer

• 3D Modelling and 2D Drawing: Assist in producing 3D models and 2D drawings using Inventor for components and assemblies.
• Technical Documentation: Support the preparation of product manuals, spares lists, and test reports.
• Product Development: Contribute to research, testing, and validation of new products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure designs are fit for purpose and cost-effective.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally attend customer sites with senior engineers to ensure design specifications are met.

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor or similar software.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and flexibility.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• £30,000 - £35,000
