Job description

The Electronic Security Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering electronic security system projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves managing installation teams, client relationships, subcontractors, and ensuring the highest technical and safety standards are maintained across all project phases., * Manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and integrated systems.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders and produce progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee system commissioning, testing, and client handover documentation.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support the sales and design teams during the tender phase by providing technical input and project planning insight.
  • Ensure project documentation is up to date, accurate, and stored in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management software?, * Proven experience managing electronic security installations or related technical projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarm systems, and relevant integration technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and general IT literacy.
