Microsoft 365 System Engineer

Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 System Engineer for our client to ensure comprehensive support and further development of Microsoft Office applications.

• Responsibility for Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, OneNote, Access
• Configuration and basic configuration of Office applications, creation and maintenance of policies
• Preparation of CIS reports with recommendations for action
• Support for technical problems, licensing issues and interfaces to other systems
• Handling support tickets for Office applications and add-ins (without direct responsibility for add-ins)
• Collaboration with internal teams and product managers in the area of Modern Work
• Documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
• Critical analysis of the current state and active further development of the office environment

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and the Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, OneNote, Access)

• Practical experience in configuration, administration, and policy management of Office/M365
• Knowledge of license management, permissions, and deployment processes
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting end users
• Ability to collaborate across different teams and good communication skills
• Experience in documentation, knowledge transfer and process improvement
• Analytical thinking and initiative to optimize existing systems
• Knowledge of Modern Work/Workplace Engineering is a plus
