Job description
- Serve as the main contact for users on IT issues and requests.
- Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and applications., * Act as the main point of contact for end users regarding IT-related issues and requests
- Provide onsite support for hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and various business applications
- Support user account management in Active Directory and Exchange
- Assist with meeting and conference room support when required
- Contribute to documentation and the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with remote teams and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with setup and relocation of workstations and devices
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific procedures, especially in a regulated/pharmaceutical environment
- Maintain clear communication with users about ticket progress and resolutions
Requirements
- 1+ years in onsite IT support; experience in pharma is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., * Minimum of 1 year of experience in onsite IT support or a similar role
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is a strong advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of:
- Windows operating systems (Windows 7 & 10)
- Microsoft Office and Office 365
- PC/laptop hardware and peripherals (including printers)
- Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Active Directory and Exchange (basic knowledge)

ITIL certification is an advantage

Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure - high stress tolerance is essential due to the challenging nature of this position
