As a System Test Engineer (f/m/d) at Hitex, you will play an active role in shaping the quality and safety of embedded solutions. As part of an experienced team, you will be involved in projects for international customers and ensure that our systems are safe, reliable and up to date.
Your tasks:
- Carrying out system tests in the field of embedded systems with a focus on functional safety.
- Weighing up and estimating test efforts for customer and internal projects in the team.
- Setting up and configuring test environments - including test tools, compilers and necessary working documents.
- Creating and reviewing test reports for result documentation.
- Communicating with service partners and customers for coordination and feedback.
- Analyzing and solving problems during test execution (e.g. by reviewing implementation, test cases or specification).
- Performing code and design reviews for highest quality., All beginnings are difficult? Not with us! An experienced mentor will accompany you right from the start and ensure that you quickly get to grips with the team and your tasks.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SVN?, * Completed training as a technician or degree in engineering (e.g. electrical engineering or information technology) or comparable qualification.
- Sound knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and measurement technology, ideally with a focus on embedded systems.
- Good programming skills, preferably in C/C++ and initial experience with software for embedded systems.
- Desirable: knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop tests and version management (e.g. SVN).

- Very good knowledge of German and English.
