You'll take care of the platform, owning monitoring and supervision toolsets, but also incident management on ServiceNow.

You'll be a key member of the IT Team in Paris, working closely with the other teams (ie: Application owners, global Discovery support team, etc) and Subject matter experts groups.

Raise problems from an ITIL perspective to subject matter experts

Main point of contact for vendors support team (Provys Tech and Fabric Data).

Ensure proper communication on incident with users and managers

Keep knowledge base accurate, Create or update "How To" guides in our central Knowledge Base (Confluence)

Create and update video tutorials or any training materials.

Be actor of QA testing campaign, and report deficiencies in our QA tools (Squash)

Take part of user trainings.

During Major events, you may be involved in on call duty organization (Org will depending on the importance of the Sporting events to secure), as first or second support line.
