Workplace Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer with strong expertise in SCCM/MECM, Windows 11 deployment, Outlook modernization, and enterprise-level M365 administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Windows 11 images, managing application lifecycle tasks, and supporting enterprise Outlook transformation initiatives., * Create Windows 11 Bare Metal Builds using SCCM/MECM OSD Task Sequences.

• Perform hardware driver certification and validation for Windows 11 images.
• Design and implement the New Outlook experience across the enterprise.
• Deploy and configure web-based Add-ins such as Condeco, Mimecast, and Teams integrations within New Outlook.
• Lead the enterprise-wide deployment of New Outlook.
• Utilize SCCM/MECM for application management, troubleshooting Task Sequence issues, and maintaining compliance policies.
• Manage and configure Group Policies (GPOs) and support Active Directory administration.
• Provide hands-on administration of the Microsoft 365 (M365) Admin Center for user, device, and policy management.
