Discover a place where your insights and leadership drive success., As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Payments Technology, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. You will act as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Leveraging your advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured, technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you will manage change effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery., * Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Model the design and implementation of technical solutions for seamless system integration
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights and support decision-making
  • Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning

Requirements

  • Expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and data application
  • Hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques
  • Experience developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
  • Technical fluency in current platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Proven ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in complex projects
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
