Mid/Senior Product Manager (AI-Driven Web Applications) [J257]

We are seeking a highly pragmatic, hands-on Product Manager who excels in ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can operate at startup speed within enterprise-scale delivery. You will manage three concurrent web application streams, translating highly technical and domain-heavy audit feedback into clear, actionable product requirements while keeping engineering delivery smooth and predictable.

This role is not for process-heavy PMs who require long documentation cycles. This is for a builder, someone who can quickly prototype a solution in the morning, refine the logic with the team by noon, and push features toward deployment the same day.

You will work directly with three lean, high-performing teams (2 backend, 2 frontend, 1 QA, and data science collaborators) and report to the Senior Product Manager. Your role is the connective tissue between audit stakeholders and engineering execution, with enough technical depth to prototype ideas independently when needed.

Role Focus

• Own product direction and execution for three simultaneous applications.
• Drive clarity from ambiguity and transform dense subject matter into engineering-ready requirements.
• Use contemporary AI/LLM capabilities to build smarter workflows and automate heavy logic.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Backlog Management

• Parse complex, domain-rich feedback and discover the actual problem behind it.
• Manage incoming input from multiple sources: feature requests, logic updates, user issues, and enhancement ideas.
• Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Prioritize ruthlessly in short daily sessions no week-long grooming cycles or bloated process.
• Ensure every item has enough clarity to be immediately actionable by engineering.

Solution Design & Prototyping

• Propose solutions grounded in user needs and system feasibility.
• Rapidly prototype (including basic HTML/CSS/JS vibe-coding) to convey flow and logic.
• Create wireframes/mockups to reduce ambiguity and accelerate alignment.
• Iterate fast-optimize for learning and delivery over perfect documentation.

Team Collaboration & Delivery

• Work side-by-side with developers to: address edge cases quickly, eliminate blockers, maintain output velocity.
• Drive consistent, predictable delivery success means on-time, working releases.
• Validate logic and priority decisions with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in lightweight rituals (daily standups and short as-needed syncs).

AI/LLM Product Strategy

• Stay current with leading foundation models (e.g., GPT-5, Claude 4.5, Gemini 2.5).
• Design AI-powered product experiences including: prompt engineering, dynamic context management, fallback strategies, reliability scoring and user feedback loops.
• Balance innovation with durability and uptime.

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3-6 years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, AI, or startup contexts.

• Ability to prototype using: HTML/CSS/JS for quick UI/UX concepts.
• Deep working knowledge of LLMs, their strengths, weaknesses, and when to use different model classes (large vs small vs local).
• Experience designing AI workflows: prompt design, chaining operations, context window strategies, error and fallback handling.
• Strong product fundamentals: UX principles, wireframing, user-centered iteration, logical reasoning.
• Clear, concise communicator able to translate complexity into understanding.
• Highly self-organized and comfortable working without detailed process or hand-holding.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for backlog management and story tracking.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Roo Cline, Windsurf, etc.).
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how to integrate MCP servers into modern AI architectures.
• Audit or compliance backgrounds (e.g., Big Four, regulatory systems) for faster domain onboarding.
• APIs, system design, data models, modern web application architecture.
• Experience shipping enterprise B2B products with complex stakeholders.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue beyond surface-level prototyping.
