Job description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce engaging visual content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and external clients to create high-quality artwork for campaigns, organic social media, and white-label customers., * Design and produce visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media content, marketing collateral, packaging, and presentations.
- Manage and create content for organic social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Produce artwork for white-label customers, adapting designs to meet client specifications while maintaining brand standards.
- Update back-of-pack artwork and ensure high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Retouch and manipulate images as required.
- Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and present mock-ups for review.
- Maintain organisation of design files, templates, and assets.
- Keep up to date with design trends, techniques, and social media best practices.
- Work closely with the social and digital team to create static and video assets across multiple platforms.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Video editing?, Essential:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating visual content for social media, both organic posts and campaign assets.
- Strong people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external clients.
- Experience producing artwork for white-label clients or adapting designs to specific brand guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in packaging and back-of-pack updates.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills across digital and print media.
- Valid Driving license and own means of transport due to location
Desirable:
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Familiarity with branding, packaging, and visual identity projects.
- Understanding of digital design principles and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of print production processes and colour management.
- Experience with using a camera for static and video and smartphone for video content
