Job description

Nextlink Solutions is seeking a Product Technical Owner who will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex software solutions in close alignment with business requirements and technical standards. This role requires managing containerized cloud environments, leading development teams, creating test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also engage in stakeholder management at executive levels and provide post-implementation support. This position involves remote work up to 80% and on-site presence in Geneva at least 20% of the time, with travel estimated at 3-4 weeks during the initial assignment. The assignment duration is initially 6 months with potential extension.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in piloting development teams
  • 5+ years of specific experience with Python language
  • 5+ years in managing containerized cloud environments (Docker / AWS)
  • Experience in creating test scripts and conducting user acceptance sessions and reporting
  • Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management at executive levels
  • Experience with configuring Indico solution (desirable)
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies (desirable)
  • Ability to architect and oversee complex software solutions
  • Advanced Python language knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Commitment to high-quality, maintainable, and secure system delivery
  • Proactive in identifying software development practice improvements
  • Project Management skills (desirable)
  • University degree in information technology, computer science or a related field or significant experience in lieu of degree
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • ITIL certification
