Senior Software Engineer 80-100% (m/f)

• Development of software for innovative mechatronic products (from the initial idea to series production)
• Designing, implementing, simulating, and testing sophisticated software solutions on a real-time Linux / Debian system, including EtherCAT
• Networking machines into an intelligent smart factory
• Working in a Scrum team with several software specialists and handling functions that span the entire software stack
• Active further development of our software platform and making sustainable architecture and design decisions
• Optionally taking responsibility as an architect and mentoring seniors

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with industrial experience.
• Proficient in modern object-oriented programming, especially C++.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, agile mindset., * Completed studies in computer science or electrical engineering (FH / ETH) and several years of experience in industrial software development
• Solid knowledge of modern, object-oriented programming with C++, ideally with experience in Python etc. in a GitLab CI/CD environment
• Affinity for agile software processes such as iterative approaches and flexibility regarding changing requirements
