The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. This role involves driving governance, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful SAP implementations. The individual will participate in leadership meetings, provide actionable insights, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, with a strong focus on the Utilities segment., * Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Develop and maintain SAP project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish governance frameworks and enforce compliance with SAP Activate methodology and reporting standards.
- Ensure delivery of agreed business benefits within defined timelines and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong engagement throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, approach, and ensure successful completion of medium to large-scale SAP projects.
- Provide leadership to SAP project teams, adopt best-fit methodologies (Agile/Hybrid), and oversee change control and risk management processes.
- Maintain realistic project plans and deliver accurate, timely updates to stakeholders.

- Ability to handle complex stakeholder landscapes and drive consensus.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to Utilities segment.
