Job description
- Process and successfully deliver technical integration projects with a focus on dental component library creation/updates, dental lab hardware integration and technical consulting.
- Process, analyse, and integrate dental CAD data and hardware parameters from external sources into our dental component and hardware databases
- Communicate effectively with exocad's 350+ Technology partners regarding order workflow, integration and process design, ensuring clarity and alignment with partners, customers and stakeholders.
- Define, process, and successfully complete projects, taking ownership of project management.
- Continuous improvement of our library structures and timely implementation of new solutions and experiences.
- Serve as a point of contact for our cooperation partners, providing technical expertise and guidance on technical integration, ensuring seamless compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with the development department to align technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
- Maintain contacts with opinion leaders in coordination with the sales department to gather insights and feedback.
- Implement and strictly follow specifications from the quality management system according to DIN ISO 13485, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring product quality and safety
- In the future: Manage a small team of CAD Component Library Specialists and Experts
Requirements
Do you have experience in SVN?, We are looking for a motivated and experienced Specialist to strengthen our dynamic Technology Integration team. In this key role, you will lead the integration of dental components, hardware, and materials from our partners into our software solutions. You will define and manage projects, ensure their successful execution, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities also include technical communication, data and interface management, and the documentation of integration processes. Your expertise will be essential to ensure smooth and efficient integration of hardware and software components from our partners., * Graduate of a technical degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Design, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in successful communication with customers and partners.
- 2+ years of experience working with hardware and software solutions.
- Experience with GIT.
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for 3D-CAD software, as well as good spatial awareness.
- Creative and independent problem-solving skills.
- Structured self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Open, direct communication style, team spirit, and social competence.
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) in both spoken and written form.
- Ideally, additionally:
- Practical knowledge of dental laboratory workflows and requirements.
- Experience with SVN, Jira, Confluence, and exocad CAD software.
