Job description
In today's increasingly complex geopolitical environment, ensuring data security, digital sovereignty, and compliance is no longer just a regulatory checkbox-it's a strategic imperative. European organizations - both in the public and private sector - are under mounting pressure to protect sensitive data from foreign access, maintain operational continuity, and comply with evolving regional and global regulations.
Are you an experienced consultant who is passionate about guiding clients through these challenges while working in a diverse, cross-cultural environment? Do you thrive on helping businesses and public institutions transform their operations while retaining control over their data and digital assets? And are you excited about how Sovereign Cloud solutions are reshaping the future of secure cloud transformation?
If so, join Accenture Cloud First Design Advisory as a Senior Sovereign Cloud Consultant and become a key advisor leading organizations in their cloud transformation and shaping their futureproof IT landscape, balancing innovation and control.
As a Senior Sovereign Cloud Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading complex transformation projects across a range of highly regulated sectors. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic sovereign cloud programs that meet both client objectives and compliance requirements. In this role, you'll not only manage project execution but also serve as a mentor to junior consultants and client stakeholders-helping them grow their capabilities and confidence in the sovereignty space.
As a Sovereign Cloud Advisor, you will enable secure digital transformation and compliance-driven innovation.

People
You will collaborate in a vibrant, international environment and lead multi-disciplinary teams on strategic sovereign cloud projects across diverse industries. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, and other business- and IT leaders, to build trusted and long-term partnerships.
Processes
You'll help clients define their Sovereign cloud vision, assess their current landscape, design and implement comprehensive roadmaps for sovereign cloud transformation. This can include policy and risk assessments, shape operating models, and establish compliance readiness programs. You support C-level decision-making by delivering clear insights and actionable strategies.
Technology
As Cloud First Design Advisory we are cloud technology agnostic, meaning that we are not tied to one single cloud provider, but consider the full 'cloud continuum' - spanning from public-, private-, and sovereign cloud, to edge. Your expertise will help clients design and implement the best-in-class infrastructure, and industry specific tools and applications to enable their success. Collaborating with global hyperscalers and local providers, you deliver tailored solutions that reflect both global best practices and local compliance needs.
Sovereignty and Innovation
At the intersection of sovereignty and innovation, you'll guide clients in adopting emerging technologies-such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics-within secure, sovereign, and compliant frameworks. Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to shaping thought leadership on digital sovereignty trends, helping both clients and policy stakeholders define the future of sovereign cloud strategies at national and organizational levels.
