What you will do

Lead and manage client interactions, building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships

Act as the client's go-to partner, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with their evolving needs

Bridge the gap between technical data responsibilities and people management, bringing a detailed understanding of how to lead and develop teams, uphold technical excellence, and meet client expectations

Translate business problems into clear analytics solutions

Ensure analytics initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes, tracking KPIs and demonstrating ROI to clients

Take ownership of team delivery quality, change management, and operational ways of working

Serve as a sounding board for client leadership on data and analytics topics

Seek opportunities beyond the scope of current projects, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial mindset

Partner with clients to define long-term data and analytics strategy, shaping future initiatives and driving innovation

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while orchestrating the work of the broader team

Foster the team's growth by developing skills, culture, and ways of working

Contribute to global data initiatives and communities of practice

Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer science, econometrics, AI, engineering, mathematics, physics)

10+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, including 3+ years at project lead / "Head of" level, with a strong professional network

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across complex stakeholder environments

Recognized for a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure

A data-driven leader who understands complex data and inspires and motivates the people behind it

Commercial acumen, with experience identifying and shaping new opportunities

Robust knowledge of statistical concepts and expertise across analytical tools: databases (SQL, BigQuery, noSQL), programming (R, Python, Spark), visualization (PowerBI, Tableau), and machine learning

Deep expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and traditional analytics, with a high-level understanding of data engineering and data strategy

Strong understanding of at least one cloud stack (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, balancing hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, and providing inspiring guidance to team members

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in clear, business-oriented terms

High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Experience in retail and consumer goods is highly advantageous

(Desired) Experience integrating GenAI / LLM solutions into enterprise workflows
