As a Data Architect, you'll help shape how CQC uses data to improve health and care services for everyone. As a Data Architect in Enterprise Data & Reporting, you might get the chance to: *Define and deliver an Enterprise Data Model and oversee logical data model development that underpins CQC's data strategy and improves consistency across the organisation. *Lead initiatives to embed data governance and quality standards, ensuring secure and ethical use of data that supports better outcomes for people using health and care services., You'll play an important part in delivering our mission. In this role, you'll: *Shape data architecture: Develop and maintain CQC's enterprise data model, principles, and standards to ensure robust and integrated data design. *Collaborate and influence: Work with data modellers, technical teams and business leaders to align solutions with data strategy and best practice. *Drive governance: Establish and champion data standards and governance processes that promote secure, high-quality data use across CQC.
Requirements
*Designing enterprise-level data solutions: Experience creating and maintaining data architecture and models that span multiple organisational areas. *Setting and embedding data standards: Proven ability to develop and implement data governance practices and communicate their benefits to stakeholders. *Leading complex data projects: Track record of managing large-scale data initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment.
