Job description

Business Intelligence Analyst role at Frontiers is central to deepening the organisation's understanding of market data and ensuring that insights support strategic priorities and high-level business objectives. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst provides expert knowledge creating business reporting, measuring success, and embedding performance metrics to evaluate efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize and contribute to business reporting initiatives.

  • Drive the use of evidence and data-driven decision making across the business.

  • Align with all stakeholders on a project basis.

  • Interpret data and provide insight and recommendations.

  • Design, develop and maintain solutions including dashboards, reports, and underpinning data models.

  • Work closely with technology and data governance teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security of data.

  • Operate on a continuous improvement basis, ensure scalable analytics.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in data analysis and business intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering complex analytical projects to deadlines.

  • BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field.

  • Expert proficiency in BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView), strong SQL skills, and familiarity with database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

  • Ability to analyse complex data, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights through clear communication.

  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong business acumen, understanding of performance management, and ability to shape strategic initiatives.

  • Preferred: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis will be considered a plus.
