Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the SAP implementation roadmap.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and manage expectations throughout the transformation journey.

Communication & Training: Design and deliver clear communication plans and training programs to ensure user readiness and adoption.

Impact Analysis: Assess organizational impacts of SAP changes and propose mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

Governance & Reporting: Establish change governance frameworks and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, SAP functional teams, and business units to embed change into daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Change Management within large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and ERP processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar change methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple priorities., * SAP certification or relevant ERP knowledge.
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Background in organizational design and business process reengineering.
