Tasks

• Plan and manage Data & AI projects from ideation to rollout.
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts with teams.
• Ensure time, budget, and quality goals while managing risks., * Planning, controlling, and coordinating data & AI projects throughout the entire project lifecycle - from ideation to rollout.
• Translating business requirements into technical concepts together with data scientists, data engineers, and IT.
• Ensuring time, budget, and quality goals as well as active management of risks and dependencies.
• Stakeholder management in departments such as sales, production, supply chain management, as well as at management level.

• 4+ years of experience in Data and AI project management required.
• Strong knowledge in Data Management, Analytics, AI/ML.
• Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills., * You have at least 4 years of experience in project management of data and/or AI projects - ideally in manufacturing, consumer goods, transport & logistics, energy supply companies, or life sciences.
• You have solid knowledge in data management, analytics, AI/ML, and agentic AI.
• You have experience with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, HERMES agile).
• You work in a structured, methodical, and convincing manner and can confidently lead client teams through IT and digitalization projects.
• You have fluent German and English skills as well as very good communication abilities.

As a cherry on top, you bring

• Relevant certifications such as IPMA Level C/B, PMP, PRINCE2, HERMES Advanced.
• Additional qualifications in the data/AI field (e.g., Azure Data Engineer/Scientist, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Databricks Certified Data Engineer/AI Practitioner).
• Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their use in AI/analytics projects.
• Industry-related project experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., in life sciences, finance, or consumer goods).
