UX / UI Designer

• You design user-centered, intuitive digital experiences with a positive impact on users' lives across various industries.
• You translate the needs of users and stakeholders using design thinking methods into clear, understandable interfaces.
• You conduct user research, such as user interviews, usability tests, and surveys, during discovery and validation phases.
• You create prototypes to illustrate concepts and support developers in implementation.
• You create and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure quality and consistency across all interfaces.

• Minimum 1 year of design experience in consulting or creative organizations.
• Proficient in both UX and UI design with design systems knowledge.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus., * You have at least 1 year of professional experience as a designer in consulting, agency, or in-house in a creative or product organization. Experience in the B2B environment is an advantage.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in design (e.g., interaction, product design).
• You cover both UX and UI and are familiar with design systems and component libraries throughout a product's lifecycle.
• You have proven experience in planning, conducting, and synthesizing usability tests.
• A compelling portfolio that represents your design processes.
• You communicate fluently in English (C1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
• You are flexible and willing to travel within Switzerland.
