Job description
As a part of IT service team you will actively participate in providing IT Support services across our globally operating office.
You will provide teams support for home workers
Provice loan equipment service
Participate in stock management and repairs
Take active participation in newjoiner onboarding
Requirements
Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management
Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Mobile operating systems, along with M365 suite, Identity Management, and meeting/conference solutions
Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic
Collaborative team spirit
Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
