UX & Webflow Designer - Berlin/Hybrid

• Ensure responsive and high-performance web experiences with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain consistency between design and implementation.
• Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to tweak and optimize Webflow sites.
• Contribute to branding, visual identity, and scalable design solutions across multiple projects.
• Work on sustainability-focused digital projects, including contributions to our own 2zero sustainability platform.

• Strong experience with Figma (component-based design, libraries, prototyping).
• Solid Webflow expertise, including Client First, Finsweet, Relume, and structured Webflow development.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge (not mandatory but a plus).
• A digital-first mindset-comfortable working with modern tools and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluent in English & German
• Located in Berlin or open to hybrid work.
