Your tasks: As a Senior Scrum Master, you will coach and empower multiple product teams, guiding younger teams to reach high maturity and autonomy. You'll ensure removal of impediments, foster continuous improvement, and champion agile principles and and values across the organization. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll align priorities, drive cultural transformation, and mentor junior Scrum Masters to strengthen overall agile capability. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * Completed university degree or equivalent vocational training
- Several years of profound experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Proven success applying agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Solid experience in cloud-based software development environments
- Passion for working with diverse teams and products
- Eagerness to share agile knowledge and guide teams in their development
- Familiarity with agile metrics and using data for improvement
- Capability to influence organizational culture toward agility
- Strong communication skills with an open-minded, team-oriented attitude
- Interest in emerging trends in agility and organizational transformation Excellent English skills, ideally complemented by strong German proficiency
