SAP MDM Solution Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Solution Owner to lead the design, governance, and implementation of master data processes within a global ERP transformation program. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity and consistency across SAP S/4HANA ERP and Informatica MDM Hub, supporting business-critical operations., Design the global master data management model across domains including planning, logistics, warehouse management, sales & distribution, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, controlling and finance.

• Define and implement the governance framework for master data objects such as material master, bills of material, business partners, chart of accounts, cost centers, and profit centers.
• Oversee integration between Informatica MDM Hub (system of record) and SAP S/4HANA (execution system), ensuring seamless data flow to third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align master data models with business requirements.
• Lead functional analysis with cross-functional teams in a high-paced, large-scale environment.
• Support data profiling, data cleansing, migration, data enrichment, data quality and readiness activities for mock runs and cutover execution.
• Contribute to tool selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of data governance frameworks.

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially in master data domains and process execution.

• High-level understanding of Informatica MDM Hub and its role in enterprise data governance.
• Strong integration skills to manage interfaces with several third-party systems.
• Proven experience in ERP transformation programs, ideally in multi-subsidiary environments.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP and Informatica certifications are a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in master data management roles within ERP programs.

Additional Information The role is part of a strategic ERP transformation initiative spanning 7 years and involving multiple subsidiaries. Candidates must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization and managing complexity across business units.
